After working in gyms for almost a decade, and professionally training for half of that, I’ve developed unique, proven methods to help my clients reach body composition and overall health goals. The staples of these methods include; compound movements, mind-muscle connection, and progressive overload via load, volume, increased range of motion, and tempo.

By using a strategic and carefully planned combination of these techniques, I’ve helped hundreds of people of all stages and ages achieve their fitness goals.

I specialize in training women who are pregnant and postpartum. I’ve provided thoroughly-researched strength programs for over a dozen  women that they’ve utilized through their full terms and into their postpartum stages. I’ve seen great results including: reduced pain to hips and lower backs, improved energy levels, easier and more efficient labors including  quicker deliveries, and better “bounce-back” after baby!

Throughout my years, I’ve also developed a unique lower body training program, Brock’s School of Booty. BSOB has proven results in growing the glutes, building lower body muscular endurance, and strengthening the legs, core, and lower back. The massive success of BSOB led to the introduction of another staple in my programming: Academy of Arms. AoA takes a similar approach but applies it to the upper body and has proven results in building strong, functional upper bodies.
