About Foundry 13

A: Founded by Kristine Smith in 2018, Foundry 13 is not just a gym, we’re a community of individuals that will encourage you inside and outside the gym. We offer 1 on 1 coaching and small group sessions to help individuals center their lives around health/fitness and unlock their full potential. Led by a team of dedicated expert coaches, we pride ourselves on having an inclusive community that caters to all abilities.

A.No prior weightlifting is required! Our veteran coaches will teach you all you need to do to move safely and effectively.

A. We’re located at 2075 Franklin Rd. Bloomfield Township, MI 48302. Our entrance faces Franklin Rd.

Hours
Monday - Thursday: 5:15 AM to 7:30 PM.
Friday: 5:15 AM to 2:00 PM.
Saturday: 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM.
Sunday: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

A.Yes! We want you to feel as comfortable as possible. Just make sure the intensity is the same 😉

A. Absolutely. In fact, each workout includes a warmup that is designed specifically to prevent injury and maximize your output safely.

Classes & Personal Training

A. Classes are 60 minutes long - see below the days/times for each program, or you can see our schedule HERE.


Strength & Conditioning:
Monday – Thursday: 5:15 AM, 7:30 AM, 8:30 AM, 5:30 PM.
Friday: 5:15 AM, 7:30 AM, 8:30 AM.
Saturday: 7:30 AM, 9:30 AM.

Total Body Aesthetics:
Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM, 9:30 AM.

Booty, Arms, & Core:

Monday Arms: 6:30 PM
Wednesday Booty: 5:30 PM & 6:30 PM for BSOB
Saturday Booty: 8:30 AM, 9:45 AM.

SWEAT:
Sunday: 9 AM.

A. Currently, we do NOT offer an open gym option and we’re “pay to train” only. However, members with an Unlimited Membership can come in Monday – Friday from 12 PM – 1 PM to workout and utilize equipment. Timing and policies are subject to change, but we are looking to have an open gym membership bundle in the future.

A. We offer a variety of programs to suit anyone's fitness needs! Click HERE to see the descriptions of each program we offer! 

A. Every coach at Foundry 13 is certified, experienced, and here to help you reach your fitness goals! You can see our coach bios HERE. Once you decide which coach you’d like to work with, fill out their simple contact form and it will go straight to them! The contact form will ask you basic questions that will help them figure out what you want/need and how to best assist you on your fitness journey. Still need help deciding? Sign Up & Book a Class

A. Yes! We offer an in-person 2-week free trial! Your 2 weeks will start once you check in for your first class. Select your first class from the schedule, enter your email, fill out the standard liability waiver and you’re done! Click HERE to see the schedule and sign up! 

Can’t make it in? No worries! We offer a 1-week free trial for our online program so you can still follow the workouts from home or at your gym of choice. This will give you access to our app where you can see detailed descriptions of the workouts and log your results! Click HERE to sign up! 

HERE as you did to book your first class! Once you select the class you want to sign up for, enter in the same email address you used to book your initial class. Once your class is booked you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you have any issues booking a class during your free trial, email us at info@foundry13detroit.com

A. When you sign up for a membership Wodify will automatically send you a confirmation/welcome email. This email will contain a link to download the app and set up your password. Once you’ve successfully set up your password and downloaded the app, you can select the day/class time and reserve from there! A.You will need to purchase the class from our online sales portal. You can do that HERE: https://f13.wodify.com/OnlineSalesPortal/Sessions.aspx?LocationId=8623&IsMobile=FalseSelect the class you want to take, enter your information (and billing information), and you’re done!

A. You can go into the Wodify app, select the class you signed up for, and hit cancel reservation at the bottom of the screen. Please note our cancellation policy: a “no show” or “late cancellation” (cancelling your reservation WITHIN 12 hours before the booked class starts) will result in an automatic $10 charge.

If you’re on a free trial – at this time you cannot cancel a class you’ve signed up for. Contact us at info@foundry13detroit.com and we’ll take care of it for you.

Membership & Billing Questions

A. We offer a variety of options based on your needs! We have punch card options, online only, single drop-ins, and an Unlimited option! You can see them here: https://f13.wodify.com/OnlineSalesPortal/Homepage.aspx

A. Depending on the membership, we offer monthly payments, or you can pay in full for 6 or 12 months. Punch cards and single drop-in classes are a one-time payment! All billing is done through our booking software called Wodify.

A. You can contact us at info@foundry13detroit.com. Or you can update your billing information through the Wodify app by going to the “Profile” tab and then the “Membership” tab! See how to update your payment HERE

A. We require a 2 week notice before the next billing date (typically the 1st of the month). This notice can be given via email or you can talk to our General Manager at the front desk. Please keep in mind that it’s NOT our coach’s responsibility to cancel memberships or relay the message - you MUST give verbal or written notice to management.

Wodify App & Technical Issues

A. No problem! First, did you receive the email to confirm your account and set up your password? If not, check your spam inbox if you can’t find the email. If you still can’t find the initial email from Wodify, contact us at info@foundry13detroit.com so we can send you a new one.

If that doesn’t work, reach out to us at info@foundry13detroit.com and we can manually reset your password.

Online Training

A.Once you become a member, you get access to ALL 4 PROGRAMS for your one monthly membership price. During your 7-day trial you will also get access to other features such as logging your results and demo videos for each exercise.

A.To make sure you are continually progressing, we always suggest adding your results. Our online app makes it very easy to log and track your results over time. Click here for more information.
