No matter your goal, work with one of our world class coaches to outline a long term training plan based on what you want to achieve. You'll receive individualized strategies to reach your goals and an accountability partner in your growth.
A combo of traditional and modern S&C techniques
Strength & Conditioning Class
*4x per week* This class combines traditional and modern S&C techniques; each day provides a new, challenging combo of barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, and cardio movements to help you get stronger and leaner.
- Each block contains 4, 8, or 12 weeks of progressive programming, giving you a chance to progress certain movements strategically
- 5 full days (Monday through Friday) with one optional partner workout on Saturdays
- Functional fitness equipment required (barbells, plates, dumbbells, rower/skierg/air bike/bikeerg – even just access to one of these will do!)
- 50-70 min sessions, often includes optional accessory work at the end

Sweat Class
*3x per week* These 45-55 min cardio and core-focused classes will challenge your aerobic capacity and mental fortitude. This program is designed to increase your capacity to do more more and create an optimal aerobic engine. No prior weightlifting experience required.
- Minimal equipment required (cardio equipment, dumbbells, a bench etc.)
- 3 full days (Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday)
- 30-40min sessions designed to help you when you’re short on time
- Burn calories and build toned muscle with intelligent, deliberate sweat sessions that include lighter weights and higher reps
The bro split you've always wanted
Total Body Aesthetics Class
*5x Per Week* The bro split you’ve always wanted, with a modern twist. This class focuses on a wide range of hypertrophy and growth focused movements in each workout to allow for maximum effort and minimum soreness or injury. We’ve had insane results with this program.
- Each block contains 4, 8, or 12 weeks of progressing strength training
- Hypertrophy-focused programming (aka muscle building)
- 5 full days each week (Monday through Friday)
- 60-75 min training sessions
- Each muscle group will experience a certain amount of volume spread throughout the week to ensure strength and muscle gains
- We use a mix of barbells, dumbbells, cables/bands, pullup bars, etc.
A foundry 13 growth staple
Booty & Arms Class
*3x Per Week* A Foundry staple: Hypertrophy and growth focused classes for your glutes, legs, core, and upper body. A mix of traditional and innovative strength and hypertrophy techniques and programming
- Each block contains roughly 8 weeks of progressive programming for your lower or upper body specifically
- Lower body - 2 full days, Wednesday and Saturday
- Upper body - 1 full day on Monday
- Minimal equipment required (barbells, plates, dumbbells, a bench, etc.)
- 50-70 min sessions, often includes optional accessory work at the end
Flexible Membership and Class Options
Unlimited classes with access to all programs! Recommended for anyone taking classes 3+ times per week. Choose to pay for a week, monthly, 6 months in full.
- 1 Week: $70 (One time payment)
- Monthly: $295 (Billed monthly on the 1st)
- 6 Months: $1,485 (One time payment, save 10%!)
Buy a single class, 5 or 10 classes! Access to our Strength & Conditioning, Total Body Aesthetics, and SWEAT programs only. Recommended for anyone taking 2 classes or less per week and is a great add on to any fitness routine.
