ABOUT THE EVENT
Foundry Games 2025 is a high-energy, CrossFit-style partner competition.
You and your teammate will take on a series of functional workouts designed to test your strength, speed, grit, and teamwork.
With both (Full Send) Rx and (Smart Send) Sub-Rx divisions, athletes of all levels are welcome.
Each division is separated by gender: Male/Male and Female/Female teams.
Expect a fast-paced, fun-filled day of competition, community, and serious sweat.

Who can participate
Open to all Foundry 13 members + local athletes.
Paired up into teams of 2, so grab a teammate and get ready to work.
Registration includes Foundry Games T-Shirt, programming, judging, and post-event festivities.
Movement Standards & Scaling
One Written Standard: Workouts have a prescribed version. Completing the workout as prescribed places you in the RX category.
Scaling Allowed: You may scale ANY movement, rep count, or weight to match your ability.
How to register
Follow the link below to register your team (of 2)
Once registered, you'll receive an email to select your T-shirt sizes for you and your teammate.
Then you'll be assigned a date for your heat.
Workout Details:
Workout 1 (15-minute cap):
- Death By Over-Bar Burpees and Thrusters
- RX: 95/65 lbs | Scaled: 65/45 lbs
- Partners MUST alternate each minute:
Workout 2 (15-minute cap):
- 100/70 Cal Air Bike Buy-In (split between partners)
Then, alternating rounds: - 9 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
- 4 Box Jumps (24"/20")
- 3 Toes to Bar
Workout 3 (8-minute total):
- 2-minute AMRAP: Synchro Alternating DB Snatch (50/35 lbs)
- 6-minute AMRAP: Ascending ladder Single Arm DB Devils Press
(Partner A does 2, Partner B does 2, then 4, then 6, etc.)
